Children nutrition constitutes one of the most important aspect of anyone’s life. The way we nourish ourselves when we are very young will reflect on our overall health wen we reach mature age. Consequently, healthy balanced and diverse nutrition is very important basis for proper physical and the psychological development of the child, as well as the incentive and support of the parents.

A healthy nutrition rich in vitamins provides the necessary energy needed for daily activities, play and movements of the child. The best basis for such objective is organic food (ideally regional), without preservatives, artificial supplements and emulsifiers.

In children nutrition a lot of vegetables, grains, fruits, legumes, healthy kind of fats, nuts and fresh milk that is  non-homogenised or pasteurised are recommended. For the proper child development, it will greatly help to consult ayurvedic system of proper living to correctly determine the predominant Dosha (Vata, Pitta and Kapha) constitution of a child.
